What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.01494).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to Union K 56. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: RapiDeep G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.014).
