The EWM Tetix Synergic 350 is an inverter TIG AC/DC power source with liquid cooling, for a 400 V supply. It gives 350 A at a 60% duty cycle and 300 A at a continuous 100% load. It works synergically and manually, with the full welding sequence.
What this machine is for
Alternating and direct current in one source give two areas of work. On AC you weld aluminium and aluminium alloys, because the positive half wave breaks the aluminium oxide layer off the pool. On DC you take mild steel, acid resistant steels, copper, nickel and titanium, with a focused arc and a narrow heat affected zone.
The full welding sequence means setting the whole cycle: starting current, up slope, main current, crater filling, down slope and the gas flow times. A reserve of 350 A at a 60% cycle and 300 A at continuous work suits tanks, pipework in acid resistant steel and repairs of aluminium castings.

What to watch out for
The supply is a 400 V mains and a three phase circuit, so agree the size of the fuse with an electrician. The cooler needs fluid with frost protection, so before you start check the level, the flow and the tightness of the quick couplings at the torch. The TIG torch is 8 m long and the earth cable 3 m, so keep the earth close to the part. On alternating current the tungsten electrode wears faster than on direct current, so keep a stock.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
