Ideal Expert Multimig 200 TIG AC/DC MMA is a synergic 230 V inverter MIG/MAG welder. You use it for MIG/MAG, self-shielded wire (FLUX), TIG and TIG Pulse on AC and DC, and MMA with coated electrodes on DC and AC. It handles stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium, and you can also braze galvanised sheet. It suits maintenance work and car body repairs. Welding current reaches 200 A, and a 2-roll feeder drives the wire.

Features
MIG/MAG: 19 synergic programs
You have a manual mode and 19 synergic MIG/MAG programs. You adjust gas pre-flow and post-flow, wire run-in and burnback, spot welding time, the pause between spot welds and inductance. The torch trigger works in 2T or 4T (latch for long welds).
TIG AC/DC and pulse
TIG DC and TIG DC Pulse are for stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper and titanium, and TIG AC and TIG AC Pulse for aluminium, its alloys and brass. Pulse influences the weld shape and arc focus, and on thin material it limits the heat input. You strike the arc without contact (HF) or by touch (LIFT).
AC waveform and panel
On the panel you choose the AC voltage waveform: triangle, square or sine. On the display you set gas pre-flow and post-flow, start current, up-slope, welding current, base current, down-slope, end current, pulse width and frequency, AC balance and frequency, and HOT START and ARC FORCE. You save your settings, so after a change of gas and wire you do not set everything up again.
Cooling and protection
The fan switches on only when needed, so less dirt gets inside. The machine has overload, overvoltage and undervoltage protection and works with a power generator (+/- 15%).
