Ideal Tecno MIG 210 Pulse LCD Black Series 4x4 is an inverter synergic MIG/MAG welder with pulse and double pulse. You can use it for MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG Lift welding, for brazing galvanised sheet, and for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium. It has 15 synergic MIG/MAG modes, a 4-roll wire feeder and an LCD display. It runs on 230 V and delivers up to 200 A. The manufacturer designed it for professional and workshop use.

Features
15 synergic modes, pulse and double pulse
In MIG/MAG you have 15 synergic modes, including PULSE and DOUBLE PULSE modes. MIG pulsing gives a better weld in any welding position and less spatter. The pulse modes have their own settings, described below.
Parameters on the LCD display
In manual (MIG MAN) and synergic (MIG SYN) mode you set gas pre-flow and post-flow, wire run-in and burnback, voltage correction, spot welding time, inductance, and current rise and fall. The pulse modes add base arc and main arc length, arc length at start and end current, base current, pulse time and a choice between current control and frequency control.
Trigger modes
The torch trigger works in SPOT (spot welding), 2T without latching, 4T with latching for long welds, and S2T and S4T.
JOB memory
The JOB function saves and recalls welding settings. When you change material, gas or wire, you load a saved set instead of setting the machine up from scratch.
TIG Lift and MMA
In TIG Lift mode you adjust pulsing. In MMA you set HOT START, which makes the electrode easier to ignite, and ARC FORCE, which stabilises the arc and reduces spatter. ANTI STICK switches off the voltage when the electrode sticks, and VRD lowers the open-circuit voltage to a safe level in damp surroundings.
Construction
A fan cools the inside, and a protection circuit guards the machine against overload. The machine has a factory-fitted mains plug.
