Ideal Tecno MIG 230/1 pro is an inverter MIG/MAG welder for MIG/MAG, self-shielded wire (FLUX) and coated-electrode (MMA) welding. You can weld stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and aluminium with it. It runs on a single-phase 230 V supply, you adjust the current in the 30 to 230 A range, and at a 60% duty cycle you get 200 A. It takes D200 and 15 kg spools.

Features
MIG/MAG and FLUX
You weld with inert gas, active gas or a mixture as shielding. With self-shielded wire (FLUX) you weld without gas, with reverse polarity. The manufacturer designed this welder for jobs ranging from maintenance work to car body repairs.
MMA
Once you connect the electrode cable, you weld with coated electrodes 1.6 to 4.0 mm in diameter. The electrode cable is included.
Spools up to 15 kg
Besides D200 spools of 2 kg and 5 kg, the welder takes 15 kg spools. On longer runs you change the wire less often.
Construction
A fan cools the inside, and a protection circuit guards the machine against overload. The machine has a factory-fitted mains plug.
