Tecno MIG 234 Pulse 4×4 is a synergic inverter MIG welder for MIG/MAG, MIG PULSE, self-shielded wire (FLUX), MMA, TIG Lift and Pulse TIG Lift, and for brazing galvanised sheet. Features
MIG/MAG modes
You have three synergic MIG/MAG modes: MIG, MIG PULSE and MIG DOUBLE PULSE. You weld aluminium and its alloys, stainless steel, and carbon and low-alloy steels, under inert gas, active gas or a mixture, depending on the program chosen on the panel. With MIG pulse the weld is better in every welding position, and there is less spatter.
Torch trigger and wire feeder
In MIG and MIG PULSE you choose the trigger mode: Spot (spot welding), 2T, S2T or 4T (trigger latch for long welds). The 4-roll wire feeder feeds the wire steadily, which matters with aluminium. It also handles torches 5 m long.
Panel settings
In MIG you set peak current and base current in double pulse, inductance (MIG and double pulse), amplitude, width (duty) and frequency of pulsing in double pulse, spot welding time, wire burnback time after welding, and gas pre-flow and post-flow time. In MMA you adjust ARC FORCE and HOT START current.
Cooling and protection
A fan cools the machine. It also has overload protection.
