Tecno MIG 331 S-Pulse Synergic is an Ideal synergic inverter MIG welder powered from a three-phase 400 V supply. It handles four processes: MIG/MAG, pulse MIG, self-shielded wire welding (Flux) and coated electrode welding (MMA). It delivers up to 330 A in MIG/MAG and up to 295 A in MMA. The manufacturer designed it for jobs from maintenance to repairs of simple steel structures.

Features
LED panel and process selection
On the LED panel you switch between MMA, Manual MIG, Synergic MIG and Pulse MIG. Operation is simple and the readout is clear. You weld carbon, low-alloy and stainless steel with inert gas, active gas or a mixture, and you run self-shielded wire without gas, on reverse polarity.
Pulse on mild steel
Pulse MIG works with a single pulse on mild steel, with 0.8, 1.0 or 1.2 mm diameter wire. You get a better weld in every welding position and less spatter to clean off.
2T, 4T and inductance
The torch trigger works in 2T mode (no latch) or 4T mode (with latch, for long welds). In the MIG/MAG processes you adjust inductance.
MMA functions
For coated electrodes you have ARC FORCE and HOT START adjustment. VRD lowers the open-circuit voltage at the electrode to a safe level, which helps when you work in damp surroundings. You can switch the VRD function on or off.
Cooling and protection
A fan cools the machine, and it has overload protection. It takes wire spools in the 5 kg and 15 kg sizes. The mains plug comes fitted to the machine.
