What this machine is for
This is gear for plants that cut parts on a cutting table and want to skip edge machining. The arc is strongly focused, so the kerf stays narrow and the heat affected zone small. You cut complex contours and small holes, and on many parts the edge needs no deburring.
The system runs on oxygen, argon, hydrogen, nitrogen and on water mist. Water mist as the swirl gas thickens the arc, so in stainless steel and in aluminium the edge is metallically clean, without oxides and without discolouring. The part then goes straight to the welding station, with no pickling and no grinding.
The typical buyers are makers of catering equipment, acid resistant tanks and decorative parts in aluminium, where a square edge and the absence of dross decide the quality of the part. The input and output interfaces let you tie the source into the control of a cutting table.

What to watch out for
The product card gives a cutting current up to 60 A, while the maker description gives a variant of 100 A at a 100% cycle, so confirm the configuration before you buy and settle the thickness range together with the current. The same description gives a clean cut from 1 to 25 mm and severance of mild steel up to 40 mm, and these values depend on the gas used and on the set of nozzles.
The card gives no supply voltage and no weight, so establish them before connection and transport. The cooling is by liquid, so before the first arc flush the circuit and check the pump. For cutting you add a machine torch, cables, a gas console and the table control, because the card does not list them. Water mist and industrial gases need the station prepared separately, including a water supply and cylinders.

This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
