The heart of the machine is double pulse technology, which gives a weld whose look and quality match the TIG method at far higher productivity. Double pulse gives excellent control over the arc, cuts heat input and limits spatter, which is the key point when welding thin sheet, aluminium and stainless steel. Process stability rests on the professional four roll 4x4 wire feeder, which moves the welding wire precisely and smoothly and removes the risk of jamming, above all with soft aluminium wires or long MIG/MAG torches. The whole build rests on modern IGBT transistors and is run by advanced synergic programs.
