The heart of the Magnum MIG 358W MMA are IGBT power transistors, which give high energy efficiency and a steady welding arc, needed when welding thick material. The element that sets this model apart in the professional class is the built in four roll wire feed mechanism (4x4). It feeds the wire surely and smoothly and removes the risk of jamming, which matters above all with soft wires (braze welding wire for example) and with long welding torches of 4 or 5 metres. The machine also allows a change of polarity, so gasless FLUX welding works efficiently.
