The Migatronic BDH 320 is an inverter MIG/MAG power source with a welding current of 320 A at a 60% duty cycle and 250 A at a 100% duty cycle. Supply 400 V, liquid cooling, pulse and synergic control. The wire feeder has 4 rollers, with rollers for 0.8 mm wire.
What this machine is for
This is a power source for structural steel and stainless steel welded with solid wire under gas shielding. The 250 A at a 100% duty cycle holds continuous work, and the 320 A gives a reserve for heavier joints. A metal shop, batch production and machine service take that current.
Pulse orders the transfer of the metal droplet in the arc, limits spatter and cuts the heat put into the material, which you see on thinner sheet. The synergic mode shortens the setting up: you choose the wire and the thickness, and the power source picks the voltage and the feed speed. The panel is a full one and you adjust the settings steplessly.

What to watch out for
The supply is 400 V, three phase. Liquid cooling: check the fluid level and the tightness of the quick couplings before the first weld. There is no welding torch in the set, so add one to the budget and choose a rating above the working current.
The rollers are for 0.8 mm wire, so for thicker wire you buy a set of rollers, contact tips and a liner. The record gives no weight and no dimensions, so arrange transport before collection.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
