The Miller Deltaweld 602 is a transformer MIG/MAG power source with a welding current of 600 A at a 50% duty cycle and 450 A at a 100% duty cycle. Supply 400 V, liquid cooling, a 4 roller wire feeder and an interconnection cable about 10 m long.
What this machine is for
The 450 A in continuous work lets you lay long welds on thick steel with no breaks for cooling, and the 600 A gives a reserve for passes with deep fusion. This is a power source for repeat heavy structural joints: beams, frames, plates and sections of large thickness.
The build is simple, the transformer has thick copper windings, and you make the settings directly, with no menu. The 4 roller wire feeder guides the wire evenly also with a longer torch and with flux cored wire. The interconnection cable of about 10 m moves the feeder away from the power source, so you work at the structure and not at the machine.

What to watch out for
The supply is 400 V, three phase, and you match the connection and the fuse to the draw at 600 A. Liquid cooling: check the fluid level and the circuit before you start. There is no pulse and no synergic programs here, you set the voltage and the wire feed yourself.
The record does not list a welding torch or an earth cable, so confirm the equipment before you buy and choose a torch rated above the working current. It gives no weight, and a transformer of this rating weighs a lot, so arrange transport and a place in the hall before collection.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
