We Are the Manufacturer, Guaranteed Top Quality
We offer professional welding cables of our own production. That is why, when you buy at Spawlab.pl, you know for certain that every part, from the cable to the holder, has been chosen with care. What is more, everything is assembled with attention to the smallest detail. As a result, we guarantee uncompromising quality and full technical support.
Professional 200 A / 3 m Electrode Holder Cable, Precision and Comfort in Your Hand
The electrode holder cable is your direct link to the weld. For that very reason, its quality decides how comfortable and precise your work is. Our cable assembly combines a flexible copper cable H01N2-D 35 mm² with an ergonomic, fully insulated 200 A electrode holder. Consequently, you get a tool that sits firmly in the hand, does not tire the wrist and lets you focus fully on laying a clean bead.

Key Features and Benefits, an Edge in Every Detail
Ergonomic 200 A Electrode Holder: Full Control
The holder is your most important interface with the machine. For that very reason, we used a fully insulated, ergonomic 200 A model. First of all, its shaped body and good balance make it sit well in the hand, which keeps fatigue down. What is more, a strong spring holds the electrode securely at different angles. As a result, you keep full control over the weld pool and can concentrate only on the quality of the bead.
35 mm² H01N2-D Cable: Flexibility and Power
A good holder needs an equally good cable. Specifically, the H01N2-D cable with a 35 mm² cross section is the right compromise between conductivity and flexibility. Thanks to this, the cable does not fight your movements and does not load the wrist, so you can manoeuvre freely. Of course, its 100% copper core keeps power losses minimal and the arc stable.
Armoured Hydraulic Lug
The quality of a cable assembly is defined by its weakest point. For this reason, we join the cable to the plug by hydraulic crimping. In the end, this creates a monolithic joint, mechanically very strong and conducting current perfectly. So, you can be sure that this part will never let you down, even under heavy use in hard conditions.
Confirmed Quality: Calculation for 200 A / 3 m
A low voltage drop across the whole circuit is the key to a stable arc. That is why we show the calculation openly.
Step 1: The Data
- Welding current (I): 200 A
- Total circuit length (L): 6 m (3 m electrode cable plus 3 m earth cable)
- Cross section (A): 35 mm²
- Resistivity of copper (ρ): ≈ 0.0175 Ω, mm²/m
Step 2: Resistance (R)
R = (ρ × L) / A = (0.0175 × 6) / 35 = 0.003 Ω
Step 3: Voltage Drop (ΔU)
ΔU = I × R = 200 A × 0.003 Ω = 0.60 V
Conclusion
As you can see, the result of 0.60 V is a voltage drop well below the 3-4 V threshold. For that very reason we can speak of a good match of components and stable arc behaviour.
In Short, by Choosing This Electrode Holder Cable You Get:
- Full control and working comfort thanks to the ergonomic 200 A holder.
- Freedom of movement thanks to the flexible H01N2-D cable.
- A stable, strong arc thanks to minimal power losses (drop of 0.60 V).
- Reliability for years, provided by the hydraulically crimped lug.
I recommend it
