INDUSTRIAL TIG WITH PULSE

SPARTUS^® ProTIG 321P DC is a modern inverter welder built with the latest pulse width modulation technology, PWM, together with an IGBT transistor power module.

It welds TIG DC and MMA DC with a current of up to 320A. It runs on a three-phase 400V supply.

This high grade power source lets you set the following parameters in the TIG process:

  • current up slope and down slope,

  • for TIG Pulse: pulse current, base current, pulse frequency, pulse width,

  • choice of 2T/4T / SPOT operating mode,

  • pre gas, post gas,

and in the MMA process:

  • welding current,

  • Arc Force,

  • Hot Start.

The SPARTUS^® ProTIG 321P DC is operated through a modern LCD display. That makes control easier, and because the parameters are adjusted continuously and without steps, it allows precise setting and supervision of the advanced functions.

With the TIG Pulse option the machine handles very thin sheet metal well. The ProTIG 321P DC holds 10 memory channels. You can save the settings you use most often and call them up again in a moment.
