Who this machine is for

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350

industrial stability, synergy and full control of the process

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is an inverter MIG/MAG welder built for users who expect high output, a steady arc and repeatable results in daily workshop and industrial work. Three phase 400V supply, maximum welding current 350A and 60% duty cycle give a solid power reserve for demanding production, assembly and service tasks.

The machine handles MIG/MAG processes in manual and synergic mode, plus TIG Lift and MMA. That makes the XPro MIG 350 a versatile welding station, from plain steel work through stainless steel and aluminium to stick electrode work and TIG welding.

MIG/MAG welding, output, stability and arc control

The main working area of the SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is the MIG/MAG process, designed for fast parameter setting, steady arc guidance and high weld repeatability. You can work in manual mode, which leaves every setting in your hands, or use the synergic programs, which speed up setting up the machine considerably.

Synergy matches the parameters to the material, the wire diameter and the shielding gas faster and limits the risk of a wrong setting. That matters in workshop and production work, where weld quality is not the only thing that counts: the time needed to prepare the station and repeatability across the following parts count as well.

The machine offers advanced torch modes: 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T and SPOT. The classic 2T and 4T modes suit short and long welds, while the extended S2T and S4T modes let you control the start and the end of the process. The operator can manage arc striking, start current, end parameters and the down slope of the weld precisely.

SPOT mode produces repeatable spot welds, which improves accuracy on parts where welding time has to be kept under control. Inductance adjustment matches the character of the arc to the material and the welding position, from a softer arc to a more dynamic and concentrated one. In practice this means better control of penetration, fewer spatters and a steadier process.

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 gives you detailed control over the course of the weld. The settings menu covers pre gas and post gas flow, Soft Start and the start and end parameters of the arc.

The Slow Feed function feeds the wire slowly and under control at the start, which helps the arc strike steadily and limits the risk of a jerk in the process. Burn Back ends wire feeding correctly and reduces the risk of the wire sticking to the weld pool or to the contact tip. These are functions that really affect comfort of work and the quality of the weld end.

Synergic programs

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 offers synergic programs for the most commonly used materials and applications. The machine works with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and self shielded flux cored wire. Synergy lets the operator start faster and then correct the parameters according to their own experience and the requirements of a given joint. It combines automatic settings with a deliberate correction of the process.

Built in 4 roll wire feeder

Steady wire feeding is decisive for the quality of MIG/MAG welding. SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 has a built in four roll wire feeder that feeds the material smoothly and evenly.

The feeder sits inside the housing and comes with a practical viewing window and internal lighting, which makes it easier to check the spool, the wire guide and the roll settings. That helps when changing wire, when working in poorly lit places and during a quick check of the station before welding starts. In addition, a space for spare rolls in the feeder keeps the most used accessories within reach, with no need to organise extra working space.

The machine also works with a Spool Gun torch, which widens the options for soft wires, aluminium above all. This improves feeding stability and limits the problems that come from guiding soft wire over a longer distance.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is marked by high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which means steady operation without interference in a demanding industrial environment. The machine is designed not to affect other machines and control systems while staying resistant to external interference. That gives certainty of reliable work around automation, robots and modern production installations.

20 memory channels, repeatability without losing time

The machine offers 20 memory channels for storing your own welding parameter settings. That helps a lot with repeatable parts, with different materials or with fixed production tasks. The operator can save proven configurations and return to them quickly, without setting every parameter again. The result is shorter preparation time, less risk of a mistake and higher process repeatability.

Ease of use and a clear LCD panel

The control panel with its clear LCD display gives quick access to the most important functions and parameters. The interface leads you through the choice of process, material, wire diameter and additional settings, so operation stays straightforward even with the extended options of the machine.

During welding the screen shows the key working parameters, so you can follow the process and react quickly to what a given job requires.

TIG Lift Pulse - advanced parameter control

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is not limited to MIG/MAG welding. TIG Lift mode allows precise TIG DC welding with the arc struck by touch, without HF high frequency ignition. That is a practical answer wherever more control over the process and a neat looking weld matter.

The XPro MIG series takes TIG Lift a step further. The machine has an advanced TIG Lift Pulse function with pulse operation and access to extended settings of the welding sequence, including adjustment of pulse frequency and pulse width. This gives even finer control over the arc, the heat input and the character of the weld, which users working with thinner material or with demanding details will value.

Besides standard support for TIG torches with a gas valve, the SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 also works with TIG torches with a control in the handle and a EURO connector. The operator can control welding without taking a hand off the torch, which adds noticeably to comfort and ergonomics. In this option, besides the 2T and 4T modes, the machine also offers an 8T mode for an extended torch control cycle. This makes a multi stage welding process easier to handle and reduces the need to hold the torch trigger down all the time, which adds to operator comfort.

MMA Pulse and intelligent process control

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 offers an extended MMA Pulse process, with even more control over the welding arc, steadier operation and a better match between the welding characteristic and the working conditions and operator preferences. The machine also carries functions that support comfort and quality of work: Hot Start - which helps strike the electrode, Arc Force - which stabilises the arc during welding, VRD - which raises safety by lowering the open circuit voltage.

The XPro MIG series adds two advanced MMA characteristics: constant current and constant power.

MMA Constant Current, a stable and predictable arc

In MMA Constant Current mode the machine holds the welding current steady regardless of changes in arc length or working conditions. That keeps the process stable, makes guiding the electrode easier and gives repeatable weld quality. Holding the set current automatically limits the need for constant correction by the operator, which adds to comfort and makes the process easier to control.

MMA Constant Power, intelligent parameter matching

MMA Constant Power mode adjusts output voltage and current dynamically to hold the welding power constant. The machine adapts its characteristic to changes in arc length and to process conditions by itself. This makes welding steadier, simplifies operation and lets you match the settings to different materials and welding positions faster. You set the power you want and the machine optimises the remaining process parameters.

A stable trolley and a build ready for work

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 sits on a stable transport trolley with a place for the gas cylinder. That makes organising the station, moving the machine and working in different parts of a workshop or a production hall easier.

IP23S protection rating raises the resistance of the machine to demanding operating conditions, and the solid housing and the well planned layout of components mean that the XPro MIG 350 is ready for intensive daily work.

Another advantage of the machine is the intelligent cooling control system (Fan Stop), which starts the fan only when it is needed. That means quieter operation, less dirt drawn inside and longer component life.

More working reach, fewer limits

A well planned cable configuration with a 3 metre welding torch, earth lead and mains lead, gives real freedom of movement on large parts and limits the need to move the machine often. A 3 metre gas hose with a quick coupling speeds up connection and improves the layout of the station, which makes work more effective.

Technology built for efficient and repeatable work

SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is a MIG/MAG welder for users who need output, stability and real control of the process. It combines 300A of power, a 60% duty cycle, synergy, extended MIG/MAG settings, a 4 roll feeder and program memory in one mobile build. It is made for work where the welding current alone is not the point: repeatability, ergonomics and the quality of every following joint count too.
