Tecno MIG 224 Synergic LED 4×4 is an inverter MIG welder with a digital LED panel and a 4-roll wire feeder. It welds MIG/MAG, FLUX and MMA, so it handles aluminium, stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels and galvanised sheet. It suits maintenance work and car body repairs.

Features
LED panel and operating modes
The large, clear display shows inductance, wire run-in, wire burnback and spot weld time as you work. You program the settings quickly on the digital panel. You choose the operating mode from 2T, 4T and spot welding (SPOT), depending on the job, and your work is repeatable.
4-roll wire feeder
Four rolls feed the wire steadily and without interruption. This matters with thin materials, with aluminium and with long torches, e.g. 5-metre ones.
Shielding gas and FLUX
You weld with inert gas, active gas or a mixture. With FLUX you work without gas, with reverse polarity.
MMA functions
You adjust ARC FORCE and HOT START, and you also have the ANTISTICK function. VRD lowers the open-circuit voltage, so you work more safely in high humidity.
Cooling
A fan cools the machine. It raises output and protects against overload, which helps during long work.
