TECNO MIG 321 SYNERGIC LCD is an inverter synergic MIG welder for MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and TIG LIFT welding. It welds aluminium and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and it also braze-welds galvanised sheet. It is designed for professional and industrial work: production, repairs and maintenance. It has six synergic modes, a 7-inch LCD display, a 4-roll wire feeder for 0.8 to 1.2 mm wire and a three-phase 3 x 400 V supply, and its power is 11.5 kW. It runs stably under heavy load, and the wire feeder feeds the wire smoothly.

Features
Six synergic modes
The synergic modes set the parameters for the material and shielding gas. There are programmes for steel with 100% and 25% CO₂, for MIG aluminium with 100% argon, for stainless steel (98% argon + 2% CO₂) and a mode for self-shielded wire. You select the mode and the machine sets the parameters. When you change material, you do not tune everything by hand, so changeover is quicker and errors are easier to avoid. In series production you get good penetration and little spatter. If you are just starting out, you select a programme and weld straight away.
7-inch LCD display
On the display you adjust inductance, welding voltage, wire feed speed and the amount of shielding gas. From the menu you go straight to the selected welding mode. You save your favourite settings in memory. This helps when several welders work on one machine. The panel is simple, so you learn to use it quickly, without knowing every parameter.
2T and 4T mode
In 2T mode you weld as long as you hold the torch button down. In 4T mode the button latches, so you run long welds without holding it down. Your hand tires less, and you focus on a steady feed of wire and gas. The arc is then stable and the weld even. You choose 2T when you want more direct control over the arc.
VRD in MMA mode
In MMA mode you switch on the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function. When you are not welding, it lowers the open-circuit voltage at the electrode to a safer value. The risk of electric shock in damp surroundings is lower. This also helps with electrodes that tend to stick to the material.
Cooling and protection
A fan removes heat during long, heavy use. Overload protection keeps the machine from damage under excessive load. The machine runs without sudden stops even when supply conditions vary.
Modular design
The design is modular. You can extend the system, for example with water cooling. The housing is sturdy and withstands heavy use in industrial conditions.
