INDUCTOR XPERIENCE 22 is a revolutionary induction heater for fast flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminum by induction method.

Using the rules of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a tremendous amount of heat to a specific spot in just seconds to a depth of 6mm. It heats metal to ‘red’ (temperature of about 800˚C) in an area 40x40mm and 16mm thick in 3 seconds. By heating only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic parts and painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater’s work.

Recommended for truck service for mechanical and accident repair and trailer repair.

It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum control of heating during operation. Unlike a gas burner – the induction heater, heating the metal only in a selected area to a temperature of 500-600˚C, does not change the technical characteristics of the steel.
