INDUCTOR XPERIENCE 22 is an induction heater for fast, flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminium.
Using electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a large amount of heat to a precise spot within just a few seconds, to a depth of 6mm. It heats metal to ‘red’ (approx. 800°C) over an area of 40x40mm and a thickness of 16mm in 3 seconds. Because it heats only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber or plastic parts or painted surfaces close to where the heater is working.
Recommended for truck service workshops for mechanical and accident repairs and for trailer repairs.
It shortens repair time and gives you maximum control over heating during work. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats the metal only at the selected spot, to a temperature of 500-600°C, and does not change the technical properties of the steel.
