TRAFILUX PLAZMA 160 CNC
This is an inverter plasma cutter for manual or machine cutting, fed from a 3-phase mains supply and fitted with a contactless HF ignition system. It is meant for work in halls, workshops and production areas. It finds use in closed rooms as well as in field work, for example when cutting scrap and metal waste. The strong points of this machine are the build quality, the soundness and the durability of the electronic components used. Plazma 160 CNC can work with automatic cutting tables, has a digital cutting current display, stepless adjustment of the gas post-flow delay, plus 2-stroke/4-stroke operation and the option of connecting a cooler. On the rear panel there is a built in air preparation unit with a regulator and a pressure gauge. The machine cuts metals of various kinds, among them steel alloys, copper, brass and aluminium. The TRAFILUX plasma cutter can cut in many planes and in places that are hard to reach. The plasma torch supplied with the machine is a high class original TRAFIMET A101 torch, which takes different kinds of caps and cutting nozzles, so the torch can be set up for the individual needs of the user. Another design asset of the machine are the transistors made in IGBT technology. What marks this type of transistor is lower energy use and lower electromagnetic interference, with higher output and a stronger, more stable arc.
