The Fire Fox™ clothing line is a complete protective system designed for professionals whose priorities are comfort, breathability and certified safety during light and precise welding work. Made entirely of flame-retardant cotton, it combines ergonomics and protection, and it performs very well in TIG welding and as a comfortable base layer under heavier leather clothing.

Materials and Construction
The 23-6680/LV hood is based on high-quality flame-retardant cotton with a fabric weight of 305 g/m². This carefully chosen material gives not only certified protection against sparks and small spatter but also very good thermal comfort and airflow, which is essential during many hours of work. The integrity of the construction is ensured by seams sewn with 3-ply twisted KEVLAR® thread, which prevents the joints from burning through or tearing. The "LV" (Long Version) has an extended bib that forms an additional, very important protective barrier for the neck and chest against UV radiation and spatter. The ergonomic cut and hook-and-loop closure give a close fit and full freedom of head movement.
Safety and Certification
The Fire Fox™ 23-6680/LV hood is certified to EN ISO 11611:2015 Class 1 (A1+A2), granted by the recognised certification body TÜV. Class 1 is intended for protection during manual welding techniques that produce small amounts of spatter and radiant heat. The A1+A2 designations confirm resistance to surface and edge ignition.
