The Weldas PYTHONrap™ accessory line is a professional system for organising and protecting welding cables and hydraulic and pneumatic hoses. It was designed to greatly extend the life of expensive cable assemblies, minimise the risk of failure and improve safety at the workstation. Every product in this range comes from a deep understanding of workshop reality, where cables and hoses are constantly exposed to mechanical and thermal damage.

Materials and construction
The 44-5050V cover is built from carefully selected cow split leather, a material valued in welding for its natural resistance to hot metal spatter, heat and heavy abrasion. Leather forms an effective protective barrier that stops the cable insulation from burning or wearing through, a common cause of costly downtime and dangerous failures. The construction is held together by KEVLAR® thread, whose aramid fibres do not melt under heat and are extremely tear-resistant. The innovative hook-and-loop closure (Velcro) is a key practical advantage: you can fit and remove the cover in moments without disconnecting the cables from the welding machine, which is invaluable during servicing or when you reconfigure the workstation.
