The Fire Fox™ cap is made of high-quality flame-retardant cotton with a weight of 305 g/m². Unlike ordinary cotton, this specialist fabric does not ignite or melt on contact with sparks and forms a reliable protective barrier for the scalp. At the same time its low weight and dense weave give very good breathability, which is essential for thermal comfort when working under a welding helmet. The integrity of the construction is ensured by seams sewn with 3-ply twisted DuPont™ KEVLAR® thread, a material known for its resistance to high temperatures and tearing. This means you can be sure the cap keeps its protective properties even in tough conditions.
