Description
Semi-automatic welding machine powered by single-phase MIGTEC MIG 200 LCD microprocessor-controlled, made with IGBT inverter technology for MIG/MAG (gas-shielded) or FLUX (non-gas-shielded) welding, for welding with covered electrodes by direct current (DC) and TIG Lift by direct current (DC) with contact arc ignition.
Designed for welding with 0.6-1.2 mm welding wires, 0.9 mm self-consuming wires, and covered and tungsten electrodes up to 4 mm in diameter of low-carbon steel, low-alloyed steel (MAG), alloyed steel (MIG), aluminum, and cast iron.

It has features to facilitate MMA welding:
– ARC FORCE (arc dynamics): shortens the arc length when increasing the welding current optimizing the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the material being welded, preventing arc extinction when the electrode comes into contact with the material being welded
– ANTI STICK: limits the welding current preventing the electrode from sticking to the material being welded
– electrode type separation: rutile/basic
Equipped with Euro connector and detachable ground wire.
Thermal protection.
The combination of multiple welding processes in a single unit and compact size make it suitable for use wherever compactness and easy transportation are required (overhauls or minor repairs in the field).
