Reasons for the decision
The decision results from differences in approach to the terms of further cooperation. After analysing whether to continue it, we concluded that the existing arrangement does not match the direction in which we want to develop Spawlab.
Since 2015 we have been building the company on technical knowledge, responsibility and long-term relationships with customers. These values also guide us when making decisions about cooperation with manufacturers.
This statement concerns our commercial relationship with GYS. It is not an assessment of the quality of this brand’s equipment.
Information on the website and on social media
As a result of this decision, we are ending the promotional activities carried out as part of this cooperation. We are updating the information on Spawlab.pl and on our social media profiles.
Existing promotional materials concerning the GYS brand will be removed or archived. The website will keep this statement and the information customers need regarding earlier purchases.
Information for existing customers
Customers who bought GYS equipment from Spawlab can still contact us with questions about their purchases, documentation and complaints.
The end of cooperation with the manufacturer does not release Spawlab from its obligations as the seller under the contracts it has concluded and applicable law.
How a particular claim is handled depends on its basis, the terms of purchase and the applicable law. For claims under a guarantee, the terms of the guarantee granted and the guarantor named in it are also relevant.
