WF NX 430 SteelDrive is an external wire feeder for the Böhler Welding TERRA NX 320 PME, 400/500 PME and 400/500 MSE power sources. The SL 4R-4T drive pushes the wire with four driven rolls, the motor is rated at 120 W and wire speed is 0.5 to 22 m/min. It has an LCD graphic display and weighs 19.0 kg.
What it is for
- The Euro connection takes MIG/MAG and U/D torches, push-pull can be connected too (kit 73.11.012).
- It works with liquid cooled torches and with a remote control (kit 73.11.015).
- 200 and 300 mm spools, rolls for 1.0 to 1.2 mm included.

WF NX 430 SteelDrive or WF NX 330 SteelDrive?
SL 4R-4T drive, 120 W, LCD and the machine list are the same. The 330 weighs 13.0 kg and takes torch holder 73.12.039. The 430 weighs 19.0 kg, has a narrower and taller housing (640 x 250 x 460 mm) and takes feeder holder kit 73.10.075.
How does it differ from WF NX 430 Smart?
Smart has SL 4R-2T (two driven rolls), 90 W and a panel without LCD, push-pull and U/D are not among its features. SteelDrive has four driven rolls, 120 W, LCD, U/D and push-pull.
Is the cable included?
No, you choose the cable to suit the power source and distance, 1.5 to 30 m in the price list.
