This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for BÖHLER Q G3 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. The Böhler Welding price list credits RapiDeep with faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.01397).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER Q G3. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: RapiDeep G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.013).
