This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for CuSi3 (ERCuSi) class wires, 1.2 mm diameter, with I1 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for copper and bronzes. CuSi3 wire is also used for MIG brazing of galvanised sheet. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?

Does it suit wire from any manufacturer?
