This CladPulse cladding program is set up for Thermanit Nicro 82 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. According to the price list, CladPulse gives very low dilution with the base metal and minimum penetration.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is for surfacing, that is applying layers with properties different from the base metal. M12 is argon with a small CO2 addition, a typical gas for stainless steel.

Will this program work on my machine?
The program runs within the T.MAP CladPulse process, which your machine must have or which you buy together with the program. The price list gives no machine list for CladPulse, so we confirm compatibility before the order. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does CladPulse differ from a standard pulse program?
CladPulse is for cladding: the price list states very low dilution and minimum penetration, so the layer stays close to the wire composition.
Can I use another ERNiCr-3 wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit Nicro 82. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
