This CladPulse cladding program is set up for Thermanit 625 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with I1 shielding gas. What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. This is a surfacing program: you use it to apply a layer that protects a surface or restores its dimensions. Pure argon is the standard shield for aluminium, copper and nickel alloys.

The program runs within the T.MAP CladPulse process, which your machine must have or which you buy together with the program. The price list gives no machine list for CladPulse, so we confirm compatibility before the order. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.

Can I use another ERNiCrMo-3 wire?
