This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Thermanit 19/10 H wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. M12 is argon with a small CO2 addition, a typical gas for stainless steel.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE are not listed for PulseDrive in the selection guide. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does PulseDrive differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive means short and spray arc without pulse. PulseDrive gives pulsed arc and double pulse: less spatter and easier pool control.
Can I use another ER19-10H wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit 19/10 H. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
