This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Thermanit JE 308L Si wire, 1.6 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. The 1.6 mm diameter is for thick parts where deposition per hour matters.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.6 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.05399).
Can I use another ER308LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit JE 308L Si. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: PulseDrive CrNi 19 9 (ER308) 1.6 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.053).
