This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for Union K 56 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. M20 contains less CO2 than M21, so the arc is calmer and produces less spatter.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.01394).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. M20 contains less CO2 than M21, so the arc is calmer and produces less spatter. For M21 choose a separate program: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.00894).
