What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.27598).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to ECOspark 460. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: QuickPulse G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.008).
