T.MAP QuickPulse program for Thermanit A-318 Si wire, 1.2 mm, with M12 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more concentrated arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for QuickPulse.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.RD.26599).
Can I use another ER318 wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit A-318 Si. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
