What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.6 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.05799).
Can I use another ER316LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit GE 316L Si. The Universal ARC line has programs for the CrNi 19 12 3 (ER316) class, but not in this combination of family, diameter and gas. Ask us before ordering.
