What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Any machine on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects.
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to Union X 77 IG CL. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
