What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on aluminium, where stable wire feeding and a well-matched arc make a real difference. Al99.5 is a wire for commercially pure aluminium. Pure argon is the standard shield for aluminium, copper and nickel alloys.

Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.6 mm, gas I1 (79.S1.117).
Does it suit wire from any manufacturer?
Yes, if the wire belongs to the Al99,5 (ER1050) class, which you can check on the spool label. If your wire is unusual, contact us before ordering.
