This program runs the advanced T.MAP RapiDeep process for diamondspark 960 MC wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. According to the price list, RapiDeep raises deposition rate and penetration with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. TERRA NX 400/500 MSE and URANOS NX 2700 PMC and MTE are not listed for RapiDeep. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.19199).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 960 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
