This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for Thermanit GE 316L Si wire, 0.8 mm, with M12 shielding gas. According to the price list, RapiDeep raises deposition rate and penetration with less heat input.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. M12 is argon with a small CO2 addition, a typical gas for stainless steel.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
RapiDeep or QuickPulse?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. QuickPulse is listed only for machines that also run PulseDrive, while RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 0.8 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.05499).
Can I use another ER316LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit GE 316L Si. The Universal ARC line has programs for the CrNi 19 12 3 (ER316) class, but not in this combination of family, diameter and gas. Ask us before ordering.
