What it is for
The liner guides the wire from the feeder to the contact tip. Replace it when the wire jams or feeds unevenly and blowing it out does not help.

Which wire is this liner for?
For 1.0 to 1.2 mm wire. The drive roll in the torch must also match the wire: 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm.
Steel or graphite?
For the PP Plus 401 D the Böhler 2026/27 price list gives steel and graphite liners, all 4 m long. The others: steel 0.9 to 1.2 mm, steel 1.2 to 1.6 mm, graphite 0.6 to 0.8 mm and graphite 1.6 mm. If you are not sure which type to choose, send us the wire material and diameter.
I have an 8 m PP Plus 401 D. Which liner do I need?
The Böhler 2026/27 price list only gives 4 m liners for the PP Plus 401 D. For an 8 m torch, ask us before you order.
