What it is for
The contact tip transfers current to the wire and guides it into the arc. Replace it when the bore is worn, the arc becomes unstable or the wire feeds unevenly.

FAQ
Which wire is this tip for?
For 1.2 mm wire. The same version in other sizes: 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm.
What is the difference between ECu and CuCrZr?
ECu is electrolytic copper. CuCrZr is a copper-chromium-zirconium alloy: it is harder, so the bore keeps its size longer at higher currents and during long welding runs. Thread and length are the same, so both fit the same tip holder. CuCrZr version: CuCrZr M8 1.2 mm.
Does it fit the MT 150 G?
No. The MT 150 G uses M6 tips, 25 mm long, for example ECu M6 0.8 mm.
