MT 350 G is a gas-cooled Böhler Welding MIG/MAG torch with a 4 m cable assembly and Euro connector. It takes 0.8 to 1.6 mm wire and is rated 310 A with Ar/CO2 mixed gas and 330 A with CO2 at 60% duty cycle.
What it is for
A gas-cooled torch for TERRA NX and URANOS NX machines when you work without a cooling unit. The gas-cooled TERRA NX 320 SMC and URANOS NX 2200 MTE and PMC sets ship with it, so you order it as a replacement or as a second torch, for example with a liner for another wire size.
Check the rating before you choose: 310 A with mixed gas and 330 A with CO2 at 60% duty cycle. For longer welding at higher current pick the liquid-cooled MT 440 W (450 and 500 A at 100%). If you want to change settings from the handle, take MT 350 G U/D.

What is the difference between MT 350 G and MT 350 G U/D?
The data are the same: 0.8 to 1.6 mm wire, 310 A with mixed gas and 330 A with CO2 at 60% duty cycle, 4 m cable. The U/D version has Up/Down buttons on the handle to change settings without leaving the joint.
Which contact tips fit?
M8 contact tips 30 mm long: ECu, CuCrZr and for aluminium wire, from 0.8 to 1.6 mm. They screw into the M8 tip holder for MT 350 G.
Older documents show number 72807. Is it the same torch?
Yes. Böhler states that 81.05.72807 replaces number 72807.
