What it is for
The tip holder connects the contact tip to the torch and carries the current to it. Replace it when the thread is worn and the tip no longer sits firmly, or when the holder is damaged or burnt.

Which contact tips fit this holder?
M8 x 1 tips, 30 mm long: ECu 0.8 to 1.2 mm, CuCrZr 0.8 to 1.6 mm and ECu for aluminium wire 0.8 to 1.6 mm. Example for 1.0 mm wire: ECu M8 1.0 mm or CuCrZr M8 1.0 mm.
Does the MT 350 G holder fit other MT torches?
The Böhler price list gives a separate holder for each torch. Order the one listed for your model; holders for the others: MT 440 W and MT 540 W.
Is this also the holder for the MT 300 G?
The manufacturer describes it as the MT 300 / MT 350 holder with M8 thread. In our range it is assigned to the MT 350 G and MT 350 G U/D.
