MT 350 G U/D is a gas-cooled Böhler Welding MIG/MAG torch with a 4 m cable assembly and Euro connector, with Up/Down buttons on the handle. It takes 0.8 to 1.6 mm wire and is rated 310 A with Ar/CO2 mixed gas and 330 A with CO2 at 60% duty cycle.
What it is for
The version for welders who want to change machine settings from the handle instead of walking to the panel. The gas-cooled TERRA NX 320 PME, TERRA NX 320 PMC SteelDrive, URANOS NX 2700 MTE and PMC and URANOS NX 3200 GSM sets ship with this torch, so you order it as a replacement or a second torch for the same machine.
Watch the rating: 310 A with mixed gas and 330 A with CO2 at 60% duty cycle. For longer welding at higher current move to the liquid-cooled MT 440 W U/D (450 and 500 A at 100%). Contact tips, tip holder and gas nozzle are the same as on MT 350 G.

What are the U/D buttons for?
These are Up/Down buttons on the handle. You use them to change the welding settings from the torch without leaving the joint.
Does it fit the TERRA NX 320/400 SMC?
Yes. The Böhler 2026/27 price list includes MT 350 G U/D in the TERRA NX 320/400 SMC accessories, next to the version without buttons.
Which consumables does it use?
The same as MT 350 G: M8 contact tips 30 mm long, the M8 tip holder for MT 350 G and the MT 350 G gas nozzle. Choose a 4 m liner.
