Cebora Plasma Sound 6060/T is an inverter plasma cutter for 3 x 400 V. You set the cutting current from 20 to 60 A, quality cutting reaches 16 mm, maximum cutting 22 mm and severing 28 mm. The machine weighs 26 kg.
What this machine is for
This is equipment for mechanical workshops, maintenance departments and firms that prefabricate sheet. With quality cutting up to 16 mm you prepare parts for welding, and when severing scrap or old structures the machine will pull even 28 mm. A duty cycle of 60 A at 60% at a temperature of 40 degrees covers typical cutting in a workshop, without long pauses for cooling.
A separate feature of this model is conformity with the EN 50199 standard on electromagnetic compatibility. The plasma does not put into the mains the disturbance that can hang up controllers and computers, so you can set the station next to CNC machines and control cabinets. In halls with automation that is sometimes a condition for letting equipment work.
The PFC system corrects the current draw, thanks to which the machine takes long supply cables and work from a generator. Current adjustment is stepless, so you fit the arc to the thickness of the material, and the kerf stays narrower and the edge cleaner.

What to watch out for
The supply is 3 x 400 V with a 10 A fuse, so the connection need not be strong, but a three phase socket is a must. The torch is gas cooled, so for work you need compressed air, dry and free of oil, because moisture and oil destroy the nozzles and the electrodes. The card gives neither the required pressure nor the air flow, so ask about it before you buy, and about the stock of consumables for the torch as well.
Quality cutting ends at 16 mm, above that the edge needs working, and 28 mm is severing of the material alone. A duty cycle of 60 A at 60% means breaks during a long continuous cut. The torch and the earth cable are 6 m each, the supply cable 3 m, and that sets the working radius around the socket.
How we sell used machines
This unit was checked in our service workshop in Krotoszyn with measurements to PN-EN 60974-4 and a load test. The price includes the first year of the basic service package: an inspection with cleaning of the machine and a validation measurement. Further years can be added. We ship across the European Union, collection in person by appointment.
