What this machine is for
A current of 270 A held without breaks and liquid cooling mean a machine for long beads on thicker steel. You change the voltage with a step switch, you set the wire feed and the wire burn back time steplessly, so you pick the parameters yourself, without curves and without a program memory.

What to watch out for
The supply is three phase 400 V, and the documentation gives a 23 A fuse, so a power socket is needed. Liquid cooling needs the fluid level checked and a torch made for water, a gas cooled torch does not fit here. A transformer with a cooler weighs its own, plan the transport around the plant with a truck. The stepped adjustment does not change the voltage while the arc burns, you pick the setting before the bead. You match the rolls and the liner to the wire diameter.
