TECNO MIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD is an inverter MIG welder for a three-phase 400 V supply, designed for industry, service work and continuous production. It delivers up to 300 A in MIG/MAG and TIG and up to 250 A in MMA. It welds synergic MIG/MAG, also with pulse and double pulse, welds aluminium, braze-welds galvanised sheet, and also handles MMA and TIG Lift. You set the parameters on the 7-inch LCD display, and the 4-roll wire feeder feeds 0.8 to 1.2 mm wire in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and CuSi.

Features
6 synergic programmes
The machine has 6 built-in synergic programmes: MIG steel CO₂ 100%, MIG steel CO₂ 25%, MIG Alu Argon 100%, MIG CuSi Argon 100%, MIG stainless steel (Ar+2% CO₂) and MIG self-shielded. The programme sets the voltage, inductance and wire feed speed for the material and shielding gas. You move from CuSi brazing to aluminium without manual calibration, and from the start you have correct settings, a stable arc and less spatter. This helps in jobs where you change material often.
MIG Pulse and inductance control
MIG Pulse controls the amount of heat that goes into the material. Penetration is better in every position, there is less spatter, and the bead needs less finishing. With arc inductance control you match wire melting to the steel grade and part thickness, which limits undercut and rough edges.
Double pulse
In double pulse, the current and/or wire feed pulses run at two frequencies. You get more control over how the weld pool spreads and penetrates, which helps with aluminium and stainless steel. There is less distortion and spatter, and the pulse sets the melting rhythm and forgives small errors in how you guide the torch. With the 4-roll wire feeder and 0.8 to 1.2 mm wire, the machine suits automotive, production and repair work.
MMA and TIG Lift
Besides MIG/MAG, you weld with coated electrodes (MMA) at up to 250 A, with HOT START and ANTI STICK. TIG Lift is handy for quick touch-ups and small stainless steel repairs, without a separate TIG HF power source. One inverter replaces several machines and saves space in the workshop.
VRD, HOT START and ANTI STICK
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) lowers the open-circuit voltage in MMA mode, which protects you in damp or corrosive surroundings. HOT START briefly supplies a higher current when the arc strikes, so the electrode heats up faster and does not stick to the material. ANTI STICK cuts the voltage when the electrode sticks, and you pull it free without damage. On site and in harsh conditions, these functions reduce the risk of electric shock and sticking.
7-inch LCD display
On the display you set wire feed speed, voltage, inductance, pulse width and pulse frequency in double pulse. You switch between MIG Pulse, MIG Synergy, MMA and TIG Lift modes in the menu. The synergic programmes set the basic parameters for you. You do not have to guess values, and every adjustment changes the arc behaviour straight away.
Design
The housing has fan cooling and overload protection. A built-in 36 V socket powers a gas regulator with heater, useful in a cold workshop and outdoors. The 3 x 400 V supply gives stable operation at higher currents, and the internal layout with the 4-roll wire feeder makes servicing easier. The torch, cables and rolls in the set are enough to start welding different materials straight away.
In the set
- MIG 36 torch, 3 m
- Earth cable, 3 m
- Electrode cable, 3 m
- Rolls for steel, stainless and aluminium wire 0.8 to 1.2 mm
Applications
The MIG welder works in workshops, production plants and on mobile jobs. You use it to braze-weld galvanised sheet, weld aluminium, and do assembly and service work on stainless steel. The arc is stable, so you run long beads without excessive spatter. Cooling is quiet and the housing is compact.
