Who this machine is for

TECNO MIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD, professional MIG/MAG welding with pulse and full flexibility

TECNO MIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD is a modern inverter semi-automatic welder with a maximum current reaching 300 A (MIG/TIG) and 250 A (MMA), designed for demanding work in industry and in service shops. The machine handles a number of welding processes, from synergic MIG/MAG (also with pulse), through braze welding of galvanised sheet and aluminium welding, to MMA and TIG Lift. The clear 7 inch LCD display makes parameter setting easy, and the 4 roller wire feeder (0.8-1.2 mm) keeps the feed smooth for varied materials (steel, stainless, aluminium, CuSi). Thanks to the inverter design and the three phase supply (400 V), the TECNO MIG 337 PULSE holds a stable arc, works effectively at an ambient temperature of 40°C and keeps parameters under precise control, which matters in professional shops and in continuous production.

Functions and advantages of the TECNO MIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD

Synergic welding modes (6 built in options)

The machine offers 6 built in synergic modes, MIG Steel CO₂ 100%, MIG Steel CO₂ 25%, MIG Alu Argon 100%, MIG CuSi Argon 100%, MIG Stainless steel (Ar+2% CO₂) and MIG Self shielded. These preset curves set the parameters (voltage, inductance, wire feed) to the chosen material and shielding gas on their own. Professionals will value how fast a program can be changed, for example from galvanised sheet (CuSi braze welding) to aluminium, without running a full manual calibration. An operator with less practice gets correct settings and a stable arc straight away, which cuts the risk of spatter and faulty welds. Welding stays easy and effective, above all on jobs that call for frequent changes of material.

MIG Pulse and inductance control

The MIG Pulse function raises the amount of heat put into the material in a controlled way, which gives better penetration and better weld quality in any position. It also limits spatter and improves the look of the finished bead, so less finishing work is needed. On top of that you can tune the arc inductance, which gives room to match the melting characteristic of the wire to the actual conditions (type of steel, thickness of the part). Experienced welders get unusually smooth and neat welds this way, while less advanced users get an arc that is easier to control. In practice this means precise welding without unpleasant surprises such as undercut or rough edges.

MIG double pulse and broad wire choice

The machine has a Double Pulse mode, in which two frequencies of current pulses and of wire feed appear, giving close control over how the pool spreads and fuses. This advanced technique is hard to replace on aluminium and stainless steel, where the look and the quality of the weld come first. Professionals value Double Pulse for the way it limits distortion and keeps an even ripple with less spatter. For less experienced welders the mode forgives small errors in torch handling, because the pulse itself sets a rhythm of melting. With the 4 roller feeder and the choice of wire (0.8-1.2 mm), the machine stays useful in automotive, production and repair work.

Multi-process work: MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG Lift

Besides its main purpose, MIG/MAG welding, the TECNO MIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD also runs covered electrodes (MMA) and the TIG Lift method. In MMA you can count on current up to 250 A and on the extra HOT START and ANTI STICK functions, which improve striking and stop the electrode sticking. TIG Lift is handy for quick corrections, small repairs on stainless steel and other jobs that need a clean, tidy weld without a separate TIG HF source. The welder can therefore pick the method that fits the task and use one multi-process inverter to the full. For less practised users this saves space in the workshop and cuts spending on extra equipment while quality stays high.

Safety functions: VRD, HOT START and ANTI STICK

The built in VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) lowers the open circuit voltage in MMA mode to a safer value, which protects the operator in damp or corrosive surroundings. HOT START delivers a briefly higher welding current at the moment of striking, so the electrode heats up without trouble and does not stick to the material. ANTI STICK completes this by cutting the voltage the moment the electrode sticks, which makes it easy to free without damage. Specialists working on site value such protection, because it adds comfort and cuts the number of unplanned stoppages. For less experienced operators these functions give confidence that even in poor conditions there is no reason to fear a shock or a troublesome stuck electrode.

7 inch LCD display and a detailed parameter menu

The machine has a clear LCD display (7 inch) on which you can set parameters such as wire feed speed, voltage, inductance, pulse width and pulse frequency in double pulse. The modern menu makes switching between modes (MIG Pulse, MIG Synergy, MMA, TIG Lift) straightforward, with no guessing at the best values. Professionals will quickly match the settings to the material, the edge preparation or the position, while for less advanced welders the preset synergic programs matter most, since they choose the basic parameters on their own. The inverter combined with digital control means every correction shows up at once as a steadier and more predictable arc.

Physical build and equipment

The housing holds fan cooling and overload protection, which clearly adds to the reliability and the working life of the machine. The three phase supply (3×400 V) keeps the work stable at the higher current settings, and the built in 36 V socket allows a regulator with a gas heater to be connected in cold halls or outdoor installations. The set also contains a professional MIG 36 torch (3 metres), earth and electrode leads (3 m as well), and rollers for steel, stainless and aluminium wire in the usual 0.8-1.2 mm sizes. You can therefore start work with different materials almost at once, saving time and the bother of collecting accessories. The durable housing and the well planned internal layout (for example the 4 roller feeder) make later service and upkeep easier.

Why the TECNO MIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD is a good choice

This inverter semi-automatic welder joins synergic MIG/MAG (with pulse and double pulse) to MMA and TIG Lift, which covers work from braze welding galvanised sheet and aluminium to ordinary assembly and service jobs on stainless steel. Thanks to the advanced LCD display and the preset synergic programs, setting the parameters is quick and the result stays predictable and clean, whatever the operator's experience. Dependable protection such as VRD, HOT START and ANTI STICK adds safety and comfort at work, while the stable arc lets you run even long beads without excessive spatter. The quiet cooling system and the compact dimensions (560×250×430 mm) suit varied working conditions, from professional workshops through production plants to mobile jobs. With the TECNO MIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD you get a flexible machine that keeps output and adaptability high across varied welding tasks.
