Tecno Spotter 9900 X-Clamp is a microprocessor-controlled Ideal spot welder for double-sided spot welding of low-carbon, stainless and galvanised sheet. It is designed for car body repairs and light production work. The maximum welding current is 9900 A, and the pneumatic tongs clamp the sheets with a force of 500 daN. This version has an arm with balancer and 160 mm and 370 mm arms for the double-sided welding gun.

Control
You change all settings from the control panel. Once you select the tool, the welder sets the welding current and work cycles itself. You can also set the time and current manually.
Double-sided welding with X Spot Gun
For double-sided welding you use the X Spot Gun work cable with pneumatic tongs and a clamping force of 500 daN. With it you join sheets up to 2.5 + 2.5 mm. The set includes 160 mm and 370 mm arms and an arm with balancer.
Single-sided welding and pulling
With the gun on the work cable you weld sheets up to 1.0 + 1.5 mm from one side. With the accessories in the set you weld on washers, M6 x 16 mm screws, OT eyelets and wiggle wire, and you pull out dents with slide hammers. You heat the sheet with the carbon electrode.
Cooling and protection
Fan cooling, overload protection, and overvoltage and undervoltage protection. The welder stands on a trolley.
