Kemppi Pro is a modular MIG/MAG system with liquid cooling, supplied from a 400 V mains. The source description covers the Kemppi Pro 3000 configuration with a current of 300 A at a 60% duty cycle. The power source has pulse, double pulse, synergy and programs for different metals.
What this machine is for
The programs cover aluminium, black steel and stainless steel, so during a shift you move from material to material without putting the parameters together from zero. Synergy shortens the settings: you set the wire and the thickness, and the power source picks the voltage and the feed speed. This is equipment for a workshop that welds repeatable parts.
Pulse and double pulse order the transfer of metal in the arc, limit spatter and give an evener face, which you see on aluminium and on thin stainless sheet. The card lists the MXE, MX and ML panels, so the control was matched to the station.

What to watch out for
The source description gives 300 A at a 60% duty cycle and 25 A at a 100% duty cycle. Confirm this second value before you buy together with the configuration, because the product card gives a current up to 500 A, and the Kemppi Pro system was put together in several power variants. The supply is 400 V, three phases.
Liquid cooling: you check the fluid level and the tightness of the quick couplings before the start. The interconnection cable is about 1 m long, so the feeder stands by the power source, and the reach is set by the welding cable 3 m long. The card does not give the weight, settle the transport in advance.
